thank you David for such a fantastic review. pricing a property correctly is always key, and yes, many agents will value low to get a quick sale (good for them , but not so good for the client). equally, over valuing can be just as damaging. How the agent handles a sale will also have a huge impact on stress levels for the clients, and i find that communication is the key! Richard Goodwin ...
