I used Patrick James after being referred to them by a friend who also sold their property with them and I am so glad I contacted them.
Nick and Holly were so informative and confident in how they run things that I felt I was in very good hands from the get go.
I felt as if there were on my side throughout the whole process and kept me updated without me having to keep calling or emailing them to find things out.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Patrick James to my friends or family going forward and I can certainly tell there is a big difference from using an independent agent.

I come across Patrick James Property Consultants when I was walking past their office and it looked so different to the standard corporate agents that I had to go in.
Long story short, I found out they was a family run business and I immediately knew from our conversation that I wanted them to sell my home.
Fast, professional, accurate and friendly.
My house sold within the first week and we got to completion with no hiccups (which doesn't always happen but I was overjoyed it had this time).
Go in and have a conversation with these guys you won't regret it - I don't!

I used Patrick James to sell my property and I couldn't have been happier with the experience I had.
Nick and Holly both worked extremely hard with my sale, dealing with the open day and all other viewings.
They went above and beyond when I was faced with tricky situations with solicitors and continuously pushed to get the sale through in a reasonable time period. They were always prompt with contact and were there for any advice needed.
I would highly recommend using them and would love to work together with Patrick James again in the future.

We had a very bumpy sale and purchase during the 1st COVID lockdown and without the help of Nick we would have given up. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he communicated with us, solicitors and everyone in between. He was very efficient and worked extremely hard for us. Pleased to say we finally moved to our new home which wouldn’t have happened without Nicks help. I highly recommend this estate agency.
