How dissapointing that we offered £148,000 on a property which was rejected then you told the owner to accept the same offer from another party the following day and didn't even think to call us back to inform us.
Do not sell your home with this shower of cowboys! They won't get you the best amount for your house we would of went above £148,000! Terrible customer service.

Comments on Agent Fees
Packages make them more expensive but liked knowing exactly how much I was paying. No silly charges like half first month's rent or check out charges.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
