The staff at Abergavenny are quite rude and dismissive. Some people should never be permitted to run an Agency or deal with the public; Heather I'm afraid you're one of them. Very nice people with a high level of local and market knowledge. Great marketing material and website, but best of all they acheived the full asking price, which was higher than the other agents stated in the first place!! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
