Whilst I appreciate your frustration that the transaction has been ongoing for almost 6 months now, I do feel it is important to highlight that the delay is completely out of our hands. The company that need to be contacted in relation to the enquiries raised by your solicitor do not have a telephone number or email address, meaning all correspondence has to be sent by post.
