Sale Fees are a flat rate of 0.75% + VAT of the agreed purchase price.
Gold - 12% + VAT
Silver - 10% + VAT
both have a £235 + VAT one off placement fee per tenancy.
Bronze - £350 plus optional extras are available.
Credit check - £35*
Contract Fee - £165*
Student Fee - £75
* These may vary if the landlord requires their own checks to be carried out.
Further fees apply to tenant's for late payments, withdrawing from a proposed move in etc. and are informed of before hand.
