Following your review, I would like to say how sorry I am for your disappointment and frustration and offer my apologies that this situation arose. Unfortunately we are obliged to put forward any offer received even where an offer has been agreed. We always remove properties from the market as soon as an offer is secured and any subsequent viewings would be cancelled. We are sorry that you feel unhappy with the service you have received, however we can assure that all decisions were discussed and made with the landlord. Whilst the offer was initially accepted the conditions proposed by the tenant where subsequently altered and together with referencing not being completely satisfactory the Landlord did not feel comfortable proceeding. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have taken into account the real state of the property when we move in and not only that but how they managed it. Specially the problem with the heating, they ignored our pleas to fix the problem, and ignored or leave it to us the extra cleaning we need to do at the beginning of our tenancy, not only that but now they want to charge for a professional standard. Why the standard doesn't mean the same when we move in?, even when the property is falling to pieces. Why we were asked to clean the garden ourselves? No common sense whatsoever.

Dont know what property this was but where a property is professionally cleaned (check inventories or copies of receipts as proof) at the start of a tenancy, Tenants are asked to leave it in the same condition. We dont demand that tenants use one of our recommended cleaners but they are recommend for a reason.
