As with others, only awarding 1 star as it is the minimum allowed. Whilst landlords may think they are great as they use cheap labour, blame the tenant for everything (such as mould already in place prior to moving in) and minimise spend on any property, tenants and landlords should beware of their ... Terrible service. I would not recommend them at all the only reason I gave them a star is because it was required. Complete lack of communication throughout our entire tenancy.
