Excellent customer service and local knowledge. Accurate valuation. Friendly and approachable. They didn't rely on websites to sell my property and find my next home they just new their buyers and sellers, were proactive and actually picked up the phone and called people.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
