Website states that they can arrange viewings 9am to 9pm 7 days a week. Clearly not the case when you try to arrange a viewing. Tried to schedule a viewing for me AFTER the property closing date....

Awful, would not recommend this company. Used them to property management for my rental property. Did not forfil any obligations and used documents that were not adequately legal. The whole service from start to finish is very amateur and worryingly unprofessional....

Tried to arrange a property that would allow pets. After being told pets were allowed, it wasn't until we were viewing the property that we were told strictly no pets. A failure to communicate with the prospective tenants led to wasting our time....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Pet fees are good at ‚£100 per pet, seems cheaper compared to other letting agents around the same area.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
