What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have sent qualified workmen to assess the problem straight away, and to fix the heating promptly. They should have paid for us to stay in a hotel while the work was carried out, and they should compensate us for the costs we incurred. They should have apologised instead of resorting to being rude. They still should changes the locks, as a security measure, and make sure they do not loose the keys- and if they do, then they should change the locks again. They be respectful to their tenants as human beings with rights, who are paying for a service.

We would never use this agent/agency again. They only offered us to change the clauses we considered unacceptable one day before the moving in day, when they realised they had already lost the deal (they were totally inflexible during the negotiation process).

Peter Heath Oliver’s, Firstly may I say Oliver’s always tries to accommodate both tenants and landlords, but there are laws to which we must adhere to. This gentleman was insistent that we changed clauses within the assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, which in some cases we managed to accommodate him, but he wasn't happy about several others, I was asked to call him to see if we could resolve the situation.
