How on earth is this estate agent still in business?? Their marketing is awful, the emails they send to those unfortunate enough to sign up with them are from the 1980's. None of the links work, the descriptions are written by a 3 year old and they pay no attention whatsoever as to one's requirements. Those stupid enough to sign up with them to sell their property (good luck!) deserve all they get....

I dealt with a number of staff whilst a tenant with Oliverstown. On a couple of occasions I spoke with Oliver McHugh, he was rude, arrogant, and completely unconcerned. Daniel Thomas was property manager when I first moved in and our heating broke. He was unreliable, untrustworthy and also unconcerned. What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have sent qualified workmen to assess the problem straight away, and to fix the heating promptly. They should have paid for us to stay in a hotel while the work was carried out, and they should compensate us for the costs we incurred. They should have apologised instead of resorting to being rude. They still should changes the locks, as a security measure, and make sure they do not loose the keys- and if they do, then they should change the locks again. They be respectful to their tenants as human beings with rights, who are paying for a service.

Oliver's asked me to move quickly on a rental flat as there was another viewing. They recommended what my offer should be then they said the landlord won't accept the offer so I upped the offer which was accepted. I paid a deposit to complete the contract. After I had organised the move Oliver's then called and said someone else had made a better offer via another agent (allegedly) and they refunded my deposit and left me out of pocket for all the other expenses of moving. I had a very disappointing experience with the estate agent from Oliver\'s Residential. When we phoned the agency first to find a flat in Kentish Town area, her tone was very abrupt and not very welcoming, however, we decided to still see the flat, as on the photos it looked very attractive. Just unbelievable!!! They took our deposit which we gave them to secure a new flat, then the landlord pulled out and they never gave us our deposit back!! When we call their office about getting our money back, they keep transferring us to different members of staff and we are getting noowhere We are really upset and disappointed Never deal with these people, they will just rip you off, stay away from them...

I was a tenant in the above-mentioned property for 1 and a half years. My bad experience with Oliver\'s began as soon as maintenance issues came to play. We have also had a multitude of problems with Nikki Delaney. Awful to deal with and nothing ever got done- for which she lied and blamed us- saying we were refusing access- totally made up. The rest are just as useless- avoid at all costs!!....

I know Olivers for about three years now both as rental agents and property managers. Overall, I am really happy with their work. They did their best to find an appropriate flat to suit my budget and location preferences and since they have taken care of the property with a lot of care. From my experience of renting in the last ten years, I can say that they are one of the best estate agents in London....

We would never use this agent/agency again. They only offered us to change the clauses we considered unacceptable one day before the moving in day, when they realised they had already lost the deal (they were totally inflexible during the negotiation process).

The agent could have managed my property effectively and undertaken repairs in a speedy manner; paid my rental on time; answered emails and phone calls promptly; kept my personal information secure and not reveal it to sources without my authorisation; kept my property (i.e. keys) safe and secure.
