Very bad experience with this agency. Totally unprofessional service and like very much to hold on to your deposit. They also are so lazy they are using a property description from several years ago when the property had been newly refurbished. So they false advertise and think of tenants in the ... Sadly we have had to deal with this unprofessional woman for the length of our tenancy. She is abrut and rude and is very unhelpful to tenants. What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop being incredibly rude! Very off putting knowing that there is a total cow on the end of the phone.
