Please don't tell lies. You just make things worse for yourself. I have everything in writing, including over one month's notice given.
The house was left spotless and we had made over the garden beautifully - I have dated photos to prove it all.
No deductions were applied for with DPS - and we got it all back, 4 months late as I stated.
Oh yes, and the house does not have a garage!!! So who knows what tenant you are thinking of in your response!!!
