Excellent. In this age of ridiculously over-inflated Agents Fees (50% of one months rent is typical in this region and is a blatant money-making joke - fees should be the same regardless of the property) it was refreshing to discover that NMR charge a simple flat rate fee. We actually had to check that it wasn't a misprint and it helped make the decision even easier to make
