This agent failed to protect my deposit then tried to charge high fees on checkout. this is now a bitter arguement involving the landlord as well as he has been conned as well. avoid these people at all costs...

I'm also a previous tenant and I 100% agree with the previous review. Overpriced rents for low quality homes. Almost impossible to contact the landlord if there was an issue with the flat. When they eventually decided to respond to emails (their only means of contact), it would take weeks before any maintenance would take place. Our boiler was broken during a really bitter winter... but f*** it, we'll just sit a freeze until the landlord feels like doing anything! The landlord will displa ...

Yes, he took us to court and lost. The Judge asked him to explain his terms and conditions in 2004 and they did not mean what he thought they did. He was advised if they did they would not be considered fair and reasonable. He recorded conversations and contravened data protection and his sales representative failed to show up in court. ...

Following signing of a tennacy agreement entery of property was refused on date of agreement rendering us homeless. Personal effects were allowed to be stored in property then removed and destroyed under instruction of Nicholas Walley....
