I am obviously deeply disappointed to read this ‘anonymous’ review as I feel that myself and my team work very hard to protect the needs of our landlords. It is difficult for me to establish how much of the content of this review I agree or disagree with without knowing the background or which property or landlord it relates to. £0 (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)

Landlord Fees – We offer half price management for the first three months under management at 5% (+VAT). Our tenant find fee on a managed property is £325 (+VAT) for properties marketed under £400 pcm and is £400 (+VAT) for properties marketed above £400 pcm. We do offer discounts if a tenant moves out early (Call for more info). We also offer a RENT FOR FREE option (No initial tenant find fee) if the property is located in Newcastle or Gateshead and will rent to a professional only tenant from the start. Tenant Fees range from £140 to half a month’s rent (Inc VAT)

We always try to get things right first time but appreciate that this doesn`t always happen. As a first step it is often best to contact the person who dealt with the enquiry. They will know most about the matter and it maybe possible to sort out the problem straight away. If you are not satisfied with our first response please contact our operations manager Annelise Inglis via email opsmanager@nguhomelettings.com
