This company is hopeless and fails to get any work done in a reasonable time frame. It took me 6 months to get them to fix a fence and I haven't yet received an apology - that too was only after withholding part of the rent. ...

Thank you for your feedback Suneil, and we are soory that you were dissappointed with progress. In this particular case the let property was a fully furnished house owned by the deceaseds estate, which meaant we had to gain the consent of the Estate Administrator in writing before any replacement items or repairs could be actioned. You will get no help from this company. The general attitude from them is a joke. Make sure you are not relying on your deposit back either because it will take at least a couple of months. You have been warned....

Thank you 'Mike' all of our tenants deposits are protected in the DPS custodial deposit scheme, and can only be released in accordance with the terms and conditions of the scheme, and by agreement of both the tenant and the landlord.
