Declan has been absolutely fantastic, he is a real credit to the business! He has guided us and supported us throughout the process of purchasing, and nothing was too much to ask of him. He would call before work, after work, on his days off, just to make sure we were kept updated, and also to offer a hand when it came to chasing things up with the solicitors. We\'ve had some bad experiences with estate agents in the past, but with Manell Mctaggart we\'ve had nothing but honesty, support and great communication the whole way along. We unfortunately lost our first buyer, but they found us another in days and really offered great support to two very worried sellers!
