We have just finished our third transaction with Nevin and Wells - they are easily the most honest and reliable agent we have come across in the local area. We originally bought our first home through Nevin and Wells back in 2011 - at this time they were helpful, informative and kept us up to speed on every development which was great as first time buyers - their recommendations were excellent and we have continued to use the broker and solicitor to this day. We completed easily with no problems...

This agent is awful. She was threatening when we left the property and tried to keep as much of the deposit as she could. This agent is only interested in money and is rude. If you are looking to rent avoid this agent....

We had the pleasure of being helped with our house sale by these boys - Michael, Paul, Josh and David. What a wonderful bunch they are ! Bright, professional, pro - active, personable, attentive - we cannot praise this agency enough for the meticulous they gave us during ours house sale. They are now selling another property for us within the family - we were SO impressed with their service, we went back for more ! They are seriously second to none so if you are selling your property go nowher...

Nevin and Wright were excellent in marketing and selling my property after other agents had failed to sell it. Paul Nevin was instrumental in pushing the sale through and dealing with all the parties to get a quick completion done before Christmas. I would use them again, without hesitation, and would recommend them to anyone reading this website....

David Wells is a credit to Nevin & Wright. We bought our property from David 7 years ago, and was very impressed that he remembered our property when we called him to arrange a valuation 7 years on. He has certainly met our expectations, did not hound us for business when we said we were away for a week before coming back to make a decision (the other two agents rang me on my vacations when I specifically asked them not too.) Within a week of marketing, Josh managed to secure a buyer for us,...

Nevin & Wright gave me a fee structure that suited us at the time, rather than a fee they offered a fixed amount so that I knew exactly what I was paying,

When we moved in to the property there was a mice infestation in the shed, poor electrics, no working washing machine, tumble dryer or fridge, mould on the curtains, broken units, items left in the property, mould in the cupboards and a leaking toilet, despite being reassured that the property is in good/excellent condition. The bath was moulded and rotted and eventually fell apart which required a whole new bath replacement. After being a previous tenant with Dave Wells (who hold the title of L...

If the estate agent had resolved the issues. Would have been helpful if they had helped in finding myself and my son suitable accommodation whilst essential work was carried out on the property instead of charging us rent and allowing us to live out of a suitcase. Covering the costs of the effects that it had on us. Keeping us updated and informed when they suggested that they would. Abide by the legal obligations as set out in our tenancy! It takes nothing to ...... Apologise but only received an apology once after they gave a key to the property to an external company and entered without informing me or gaining permission!

When the property was rented out it was clear that for a management fee there was no overseeing of the property and no inspection. The house was filthy but allegedly professionally cleaned, the inventory was very inaccurate, and there were so many things wrong with the house as to be shocking. Do not use this agency. It has been told to me that tennants have been angry with this agency too for not caring....

They are too bad, and never admit their own errors or apologized, therefore it would be impossible for them to improve.

I have checked our records and can find no evidence of a tenant called Kate or indeed Kathryn. So am not in a position to reply to this complaint, as I feel this may be another estate agent trying to tarnish our good reputation. I would politely point out to whoever wrote this that tenants is spelt with one n, not two. Kind regards. Paul Nevin - Director....

In the year that we were unfortunate enough to be clients of Nevin & Wright, we were lied to, accused of being rude, made to pay for plumbing repair that in no way should have been our responsibility. The house had no heating for 3 days when we moved in, although the landlord provided an inspection certificate that stated the boiler was in perfect working order. The \'professionally\' cleaned kitchen had a horrendously greasy extractor unit - the screen positively dripped, and the lights co...

We put our property on the market with Nevin and Wright on 30/03/12 and after 3 weeks (and virtually no contact after the inital sign up) we still had no viewings. Nevin and Wright (Egham) are the most unprofessional (and abusive) estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to come across, these are some of the problems we have had with them; 1. David Wells (acting estate agent) did not take any identification from us when signing up or since which I have since found out is required by law ...

As an independent company we try to meet the high level of standards we set ourselves and live on reputation, so it is never nice to hear that a member of the public is not happy with our service. In this instance the complaint was taken to the property ombudsman, which we welcomed, as they are a third party and looked at the complaint. We were asked to pay the minimum fine, as most of the complaints were NOT upheld. Dealing with the high volume of sales and lettings that we do is testament to o....

They are sly and do not reveal as to what you need to get yourself referenced for a property. Once they get the holding and referencing fees from you then their agent is nowhere to be seen and they do not give importance to you any more. They do have some nice properties on their portfolio but its their customer service, their representative esp. Josh Taylor who misguides you....
