I have rented via this company. If you are a prospective tenant do not use them. They will not stand up for you or protect your interests. I wouldn't buy a packet of sweets of the guy. How he manages to stay in business is a miracle. We couldn't buy a house through him no matter how hard we tried and we damn well tried on numerous properties, he just wasn't interested in arranging a viewing. Keen for the first 2 weeks, then became very un-professional, no feedback given, telling potential buyers private information and 'fabricating' facts. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
