Charged for holes I didn’t make! Proved by photo evidence. Bad job done when moved in and if you had taken photos then and at every review - you would know I didn’t make them. You had to recover money somehow after the amount spent to make the house up to standard at the start. It’s a shame you have a great selling dept but your rental side isn’t good. People only need to read the reviews below and speak to previous tenants to know that! No customer care on your property management side ...

To clarify your points we do not assign an agent as you suggest, the team as a whole deal with each tenancy. Unfortunately the demand for Docks apartments is extremely high and we have a large and growing list of waiting potential tenants. This does unfortunately lead to a number of disappointed people. We are sorry that we have not managed to find something that suits your requirements in the time you required it. The goings on outside the building and EPC rating of the property are out of Naylor Powell's control. We feel the limited hot water was down to incorrect use , after a full demo there were no problems. A bill was sent due to a fault being reported which was down to misuse, in addition the bill was not settled. ...

Not accused me of lying. If the agent and agency act like this before I've handed any money over, how are they going to act when one is renting one of their properties?

Given that this person has recently been discovered sub letting a room in a property managed by Naylor Powell without authority from us or the landlord I am afraid I am slightly suspicious for his resons to leave bad feedback. There was no need to report the very low second offer on the property he refers to as the landlord had already said he would not accept anything under the already competitive asking price. Our apologies if this was not relayed in a clear enough way. ...
