I can't recommend Lindsay at navigation enough he has gone above and beyond to help us we had so many set backs that our solicitor wasn't sorting and Lindsay stepped in and sorted it every time nothing is too much trouble for navigation, they keep you updated with any info they have all the way ... We cant believe how efficient Julie and her staff were. It seems we have not been receiving the correct advice with our previous agent and are very happy with the rent she achieved. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
