Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. Agent turned up 90mins late to viewing with 30 people waiting to view. Then told me the room will be refurbished with new carpets and paint done but neither was done on move in day and tried to convince me it was then said if I wanted then I should pay for it. Carpet had vomit stains and they expect you to move in along with handprint stains on the wall. Then tried to charge me £750 instead of £700 for monthly rent. To top this all off they charged me £100 because I wouldn’t move in to an inhabitable and disgusting place. So quick to take money off you but had such a hard time getting it back. They will probably respond to this review by stating they have no record of me under my name like all the other responses but do not be fooled as this is all a lie. I would avoid at all costs as this is the most unprofessional company let alone agency I’ve come across but that is expected of a small company like this. Terrible and sometimes no communication from them at all. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing from the person at the top all the way to the agents.
