Complaints Procedure
If you have any complaints with our service that you are unable to resolve with the individual involved you should then write to the branch/department manager in question. This complaint will be acknowledged with three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome will be sent to you within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied you will need t write to the Director at Mycaretaker, 1 Empire Mews, Stanthorpe Road, London SW16 2BF. The same limits apply. Following the investigation of our Director a written statement of Mycaretaker’s final view will be sent to you, this will include any offer made. The letter will confirm if you are dissatisfied to refer the matter to the Property Ombudsman for review.
