Dear Phoebe, Negative reviews are taken very seriously at My Lets however I do not think that the review is fair. As discussed before, I can only apologise that the property was not up to the standard that you expected when you moved in however I did instruct contractors immediately in regard to the issues and getting them resolved – the only reason that the issues are outstanding is due to the contractors not being able to get hold of any of the four tenants in regard to arranging ac ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Listen, don\'t talk over peole like your opinion is more important (you\'re almost always wrong) Be accountable for your actions stop lying to people stop kidding yourself that you are actually able to handle the workload that you have, seen as that was always your excuse for not actually doing your jobs. oh..and change your attitudes..they stink worse than the flats that you rent out to people. stop presuming that everyone you deal with has absolutely no intelligence it\'s a disgusting atitude to have. (and you\'re wrong)

Cleaned and presented the flat as described in the contract in the first instance. Not charged again for something that was never done in the first instance Processed the end of contract in a timely manner

What agent could do to change your mind?
Not be moody. Answer my calls. Get back to me. Listen/acknowledge voicemails. Don\'t leave me on hold for 40 mins. Smile. Don\'t look like you don\'t give a shit. Actually be helpful e cause you\'re changing ppls lives and giving them security in finding a place to live.

Agent Fees

Fees

We are required by law to disclose all charges and the information given below is provided to ensure you are fully informed of any fees and costs involved in renting a property through My Lets. If you have any question at all then please give a member of the My Team call and we will be happy to talk you through everything.

Agency Fees

Tenancy Application Fee £240.00 per adult applicant inc VAT - this includes the tenant referencing fees and tenancy administration costs.

Guarantor Application Fee £100.00 per guarantor inc VAT – guarantors must be UK home owners and earn three times the covering share.

Company Application Fee £420 inc VAT

Prior to moving in you need to pay:

One month's rent in advance (this amount could be more if you opt to pay in advance for 6 or 12 months)

Tenancy deposit - Usually equal to 6 weeks rent, but if a larger deposit is required you will be notified (ie if you pay an additional pet deposit)

Check Out Fees:

£40.00 for a room £240.00 for a 6 bed
£60.00 for a 1 bed / studio £280.00 for a 7 bed
£80.00 for a 2 bed £320.00 for a 8 bed
£120.00 for a 3 bed £360.00 for an 9 bed
£160.00 for a 4 bed £400.00 for a 10 bed
£200.00 for a 5 bed
