Comment on agent fees
Agents’ fees for letting are currently a political hot potato and there are moves to outlaw them. Murray’s fees in June 2016 were higher than most but I was lucky enough not to have to worry about the marginal extra cost. And the flat was terrific!

What agent could do to change your mind?
To have kept any of the deposit for that house, given the amount of rent we'd paid, and the fact that we left the house as you'd expect after 3 years, is criminal and unkind.

Very poor customer service, rude and abrupt. We still await our full deposit being returned and feel let down as we were good tenants who always paid and looked after the property. Please look somewhere else if considering renting....
