Listed a property almost 2 months before its scheduled to get empty. Called numerous time to make an appointment to view and always they took my number and never called. Finally, this week, property is vacant and can see some other agency took it over, still made a call and the same reply though its not their property anymore. If you are the owner, please find some other agency so that you can have your tenant early and potential tenant can find their home without wasting their time....

Appalling service and non-existent communication. They simply aren't interested after they have you signed up. They don't respond to emails and when you chase over the phone they give you excuse after excuse. It got to the point where they were ignoring my phone calls, but answered if I withheld my number.. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to let with Move Residential. Avoid at all costs....

SCUMBAGS & LIARS: They will lie to the tenant and landlord to best suit themselves. On entry to a property will only give you a basic written inventory and when leaving give you a full photo based one and charge you for issues that were existing that they refused to fix. They will ignor you and send you bills to continue your contract. They provide no visits to properties to check their status as promised and will hold your deposit for no reason and drag it out as long as possible. They even...

Many unanswered emails. Very poor communication. Advised information was emailed to me and had to chase it up over 2 days. Advised it was sent but it stil has not been received. Am going in today to discuss this and end management contract with this company....

Trying to rent a house through them. Found a nice house and wanted a viewing. After numerous phone calls and emails that were sent we have now given up. If you are a landlord or a tenant bother with this company for your own sanity. The bloke that answers the phone is really rude too. This did not bode well for any future relationship so maybe it's good they don't bother with customers. Will wait for property To be taken over by an actual estate agent...

terrible, made us pay for an apartment and then phoned up a few days later saying the apartment was gone, this left us without a place to live for a month!!! incurred charges on moving fees, storage etc No communication between them, clueless...

After three months on the market and without so much as an offer we have decided to change estate agents and have sacked Move residential. They are now trying to stop us market with another agent. How dare they stand in the way of us selling our house?! Ridiculous, childish behaviour... DO NOT USE!...

Letting with Move has been a downhill slope. Viewing the property the agent clearly had not done any background research but it appeared suitable so I took it. From then to letting the property I have sent numerous phone calls and emails which are often ignored and then they assume I know what is going on. There has been little if not any contact between Move and my landlord and as a result I moved into a property with a broken fridge, boiler, lights, shower, door lock, kitchen tap and no hot water! They told me only on the day I collected the keys that it was landlord managed not Move managed so I was stranded with a falling apart property! Absolutely ridiculous. No one seems to know how anything in the flat works, anything about the bills, and the state that the last tenant has left it in! Plus I have no inventory so I am making one myself. My deposit is still not protected and every time I ring up they are rude and unhelpful. Stay well clear! Only giving 2 stars because Holly has been quite supportive throughout my time with Move, everyone else has been abismal.

‚£150 for a lengthy application process. Those conducting the application were brilliant (experian and endsleigh) but the agency hadn\'t got back to me say they have received my application for days after experian and told me they have finished reviewing it!

To anybody thinking of buying over RESIDENTIAL as their letting agent, take some advice of somebody who has experienced their "management" and don't go near Them! Fake credit check on the Tennent, unanswered calls, emails, no monitoring of accounts -we had to inform them the Tennant was 3 weeks overdue her 1st rent payment- you can get it all at move residential on their full management contract. We had white goods stolen from our property wresidentials kfull knowledge - never informed...

If you want poor service as a tenant, look no further. I had to report broken heating a number of times during winter to get the boiler even partially fixed. Everytime I rang up it was "its up to the landlord". When I complained about a broken tumble dryer, I was told this wouldn\'t be replaced because "it is a luxury item". In fact, you get nowhere with these people until you threaten legal action. A number of repairs to door were not carried out despite being reported. N...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could admit responsibility for my poor experience to begin with. The staff should apologise for the way I have been treated. They should attend a training course in customer relations.
