I am sorry you feel this way. At Move On we try to be as transparent as possible, hence we routinely come out to a property prior to them leaving to explain what will be expected. Along with this you are given a check list. Sometimes, unfortunately, we have to use the dispute service where an amicable solution cannot be resolved.
