They failed to complete contractual obligations which resulted in my property damage which they took no responsibility for and and had to be resolved with Property Ombudsman intervention.
Service provided to my tenant was also very slow and unprofessional.
Do not do business with them....

One of the worst agents to let your property with .
Rented out my property unfurnished , my tenant left all his furniture after the tenancy ended. Mount and minister said I as the landlord had to pay £500 for them to get someone to remove all the furniture. So when I queried what about the tenants deposit they it would take weeks to clear through with dps so hence I would have to pay up first . ...
