Fees were similar to most estate agents but glad we didn’t get the property in the end because I would have been unhappy at paying them a penny for the way they handled my application

Every 6 months they like to charge you to renew. Their fee gets higher (over double) if you’re not responsive and haven’t paid within a few days. For somebody who often works away

Each year.. We received a letter to say £49 to renew if we pay within 7 days (or however many days) from a particular date, or the price more than doubles, yet they didn’t send the letter until 2 weeks after that date. I can’t imagine even second class would take so long. Laughable! Anything for extra ££. Can’t be doing that well? Frightening they can get away with treating tenants so badly.

We rented with them for 5 years. Difficult to deal with - never responded to emails and were hopeless at returning calls. Unnecessarily high - £99 for a tenancy renewal (but they'll discount it to £49 if you respond promptly). Seriously - how much does it cost to print a contract identical to previous year and stick a stamp on an envelope!?!

I rented from Morrison Property services for 4 years. The staff are rude when there is a problem and unwilling to help. Obviously there are many bad reviews out there for agents that have upset tenants etc. This is another one but absolutely genuine.
