Morgan & Co was established in 1991 by Trevor Morgan, BSc (Est. Man.), FNAEA, MARLA. In 2017 we were asked to join The Guild of Property Professionals, an inter-linked group of over 800 independent agents across the UK, where the principals and staff all have to pass training approved by Cambridge Trading Standards and the HQ team provide up to date training, compliance and research on the latest software and apps. My wife Derwyn retired after 26 years in July, but helps when we are busy, my step-daughter Angie Bridgeman joined in 2017 and Isobel Davies in July 2022. We have all passed the Rent Smart Wales exams and are ready for the new Renting Homes (Wales) 2016 tenancy regime that comes into force on 1/12/2022.
