After trying one of the so called larger companies for several months with them pushing the same low offer from the same client I moved my property to More as they offered cheaper fees and were very friendly and not pushy when ever I spoke to them. More estate agents/the letting shop are the worst agent we have ever dealt with. they have left urgent works (confirmed by RICS) not repaired for over a year despite us formally pointing it out for over a year. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
