I am very sorry you feel that you were cheated. Much of the information in our brochure is provided by the seller with the actual brochure ‘signed off' by the seller confirming the accuracy of the information. Where our sales team have included an inaccurate description for some reason, the seller usually corrects us as part of our audit process. In this case, it would appear this did not happen. Very disappointed with the service I received. As a client who paid considerable agency fees I expected a customer centred and professional service which I didn't receive from certain individuals employed with this agency. A very unpleasant experience indeed....

Yes, we agree, there are always two sides of the story but let us get all the facts straight. Firstly, yes, we really feel blamed of the things that the previous tenants have done to your house. Your company's inventory was NOT even ACCURATE. We regret that we haven't taken any photos at the start of the tenancy hence we are losing this battle against your company with no evidence at all. I’m sorry you’re disappointed with your new house GS. Your surveyor is responsible for ensuring you are aware of the condition of the house before you enter into a legal commitment to buy. Didn’t their report mention anything about the drains, heating or electrics? Checks are easily arranged for these prior to purchase.
