Medlock don't do proper inspections and don't give energy efficiency certificate at all never received electrical certificate 2021, they don't do repairs properly and not at all in many cases, they just ignore you worst letting agency I've ever dealt with lots of complaints, ... Read Full Review

As part of their letting service, Medlock are supposed to carry out tenant checks before letting your property out. In my case, the tenant gave employer info for a company that actually went out of business/shut down two years before the tenancy even started but because Medlock hadn't carried out ... Terrible Letting agents. Incompetent does not even come close to describing them. when paid by Landlord to send a gardener to tidy garden, they sent an unprofessional who ruined it. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been Honest and told the Truth and Not lied and made are Life\'s Hell for 8 Months it\'s a joke that they think they can get away with doing this to Good People.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
