This is the most unprofessional and very rude estate agent I have ever had contact with. Please do not use this estate agent. I would give a no star and possibly negative star if it was possible. If you want any sort of customer service - do not use this agent!! We signed David with Martin Kemp to sell our house. Big mistake!! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
