I have been with McCarthy Properties for 22 years and find them to be extremely friendly, approachable and helpful with any issues. The rent is affordable. If there are any maintenance issues, it's dealt with by their inhouse maintenance team quickly and efficiently....

All I believe is that owner is just greedy for money. He left me with an oven and shower that was giving electric shocks, I had 2 small children living there, I had to get environmental health involved, in the end I just left, and my deposit was never returned, which is just disgusting. I never damaged his property. ...

Worst agency I have ever rented in my life. The whole place I am living needs to be rewired, reported fault, still waiting for it to be fixed, also no gas safety certificate ever given. Also no maitenance is ever done to properties....
