Outrageous conduct from these people. I came home one evening to find a Matthew employee in my flat, no prior arrangement, no consent, just helped themselves. When I questioned him on it, he lied about having left a message on my phone, and when confronted by a neighbour as he was entering, he lied to them claiming he had an appointment and I had said it was OK to let himself in. Absolutely appalling, and probably illegal too. How dare they act in such a high handed and arrogant fash...

As we have written to you at length to answer you allegations and explain what permission we had to enter the flat I find it surprising that you felt the need to make the same allegations again on All Agents.....

I was a tenant at one of their managed properties for 3 year and the customer service from one particular member of staff - Dee Horan - was appalling. rude, abrupt, unhelpful, and I always had to chase up my queries. In the end I started dealing with the owner of the property direct, with any maintenance issues. I did complain about this member of staff a year into my tenancy after she started arguing with me on the phone when I told her (in a calm manner) that she had an attitude problem. Her ...

Friendly customer service and quicker response to queries. You're made to feel like your bothering them from getting on with their job

If you had a genuine complaint about a member of my staff I would have expected you to report it to our office. Dee is always polite and helpful and the service you describe is most certainly not how she operates.....

Moved into a house let by Matthews in early August last year, and noted several problems that had not been outlined in inventory. Marked these down and requested they be fixed. Spent hundreds of pounds on gas bills as the landlord did not do work on windows as he had told Matthews he would (and Matthews didn't bother to check or let us know the landlord had advised this). Repeatedly asked for maintenance work to be done which never was. Still waiting a year later for issues to be fixed. Awful se...

We reposnd to any maintenance issues reported within 24 hours and provide an excellent service. If Landlords are not prepared to pay for certain repairs they feel are unnecessary, however, that is their prerogative.....
