My experience with this letting agency was an absolute nightmare, and I especially want to call out Yasin Patel his appalling attitude and behavior. Don’t use this agent, they are just barking Dogs!!!!! Over charging,creating hype,overreacting,never give full deposit back, only they wants rent on time but when it’s comes to maintenance ohh they take ages, soon as possible I am giving away there property and I m ****off ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
