What agent could do to change your mind?
The fee they charged for the service I received was fantastic. I would have paid much more from the so called 'bigger' agents in Wellingborough. I imagine the service would not have been a patch on Marshall and Cross

Did sell our house for us. However it took a lot longer than we were told as we were told the buyer already had a mortgage in place and could complete in six weeks which was not true and we didn't find this out until about a month later when the buyer suddenly said their mortgage was delayed coming ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
