I do not recommend Marcus Telford, they have dodgy clients. My advice would be go over any documentation they send you as they will deliberately not add certain information. If you happen to be in contact with a lady call Kiran, be very vigilant. More for the tenant then the landlord!! ...

The fees were slightly above average compared to other estate agents we looked at, and this will be a moot point come June 2019 anyway, but the service received was also above average - so I guess you get what you pay for?
