Horrible experience. Be very careful when leaving flat as they will try to keep as much of the deposit they can applying excesive cleaning fees (in my case after hiring a professional cleaner and 2 days doing the house myself). Both Lerri and Andrew were extremely helpful throughout the initial admin stages and ensured all paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
