They were always appropriately communicative before the transition and throughout. They were also very reasonable when negotiating fees over lock down and afterwards.

The service was amazing all the way through - their fees were very reasonable, Lerri & Andrew were both quick to reply to emails & any issues were resolved efficiently without issue. I would highly recommend MMP to anyone looking to rent!

Horrible experience. Be very careful when leaving flat as they will try to keep as much of the deposit they can applying excesive cleaning fees (in my case after hiring a professional cleaner and 2 days doing the house myself). Both Lerri and Andrew were extremely helpful throughout the initial admin stages and ensured all paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently.
