Our Terms of Business for Landlords outline our responsibilities and fees. This document was discussed during our initial meeting with a landlord. We only provide a Tenant Find Service for this property therefore do not manage the maintenance. We advised the tenants that we do not manage the property and that the landlord was responsible for organizing the repairs. We did speak to the landlord to support the tenant and attempt to speed up the repairs. I understand the tenants frustration nevertheless we are not to blame. ...

During the initial meeting with any landlord we always give our best possible valuation. In this case the valuer gave a price of between £495.00 - £525.00 pcm. The valuer also agreed with the landlord that we were able to use our own judgement during the course of the marketing to let the property quickly whilst achieving the best possible price. The tenants reported a problem with a tap when they moved in. The landlord lived in Australia therefore we encountered a slight delay in getting authorisation. Within 3 weeks of the maintenance issued been reported it was repaired and tenant was informed at every stage. Thank you for a great comment, Normally people are quick to be negative but to receive a comment like this is why we do our job! Just for feedback on our other avenues that led to the successful let of this property. It was located right next to a gym, so we went in and asked the receptionist if we could put the property details in the cafe. Within a day we got a lead from this and the property was let. It is unfortunate that these tenants have felt the need to place a review suggesting such a negative image of our business. Although we seek constructive feedback from our landlords and tenants during every aspect of our services with the main aim of putting our clients first and exceeding expectations.
