Bad paying tenants are always griping and they fit a mould that is bad for businesses. It’s seen time and time again, even on tv, but I have never heard a supportive word in favour of the debtor. So I would respect this bad debtors decision that he would prefer to sleep on the street than deal with this upstanding upright honest straight talking real lady and suggest he goes for it.
