I have sold through logic on several occasions in the past and this was my first purchase from them, they are very consistent in there approach to customer service, which is second to none. For a young team they are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and professional. A massive thanks to Laura, who updated me at every step and progressed the sale through in no time at all. I only use one agent in Liverpool as the rest do not come close to The team @ Logic in Waterloo. If you are looking to buy or sell or even rent they are definitely my first choice.

Miss on 27th Jan 20211 Star Review Been living in a flat for 7 years straight. Had a break-in of the most horrendous and frightening kind all because the agency did not fix the main door to the streets properly so anyone can come into the hallway and the flat door was practically a piece of hollow wood board passed as "door" which came apart from just some banging with a fire extinguisher lying around in the hallway. If just the door was good enough to be placed as flat door the injuries suffered would have been none as they would have not be able to break in that easily or given enough time to run for cover. But no just cheapest possible qualities and bam they're in. 3 seconds. Writing this as i don t wish this to happen to anyone and to check your doors and safety measures. Moved out straight away and given back the keys ( even though had remaining 26 days until next payment due but no way in hell gonna stay in there now that I know what kind of rubbish is my home entrance ) and because I need to give 30 days notice they chasing me another 2 months rent to pay. Then after lengthy talks reduced to one months. That s still 2 whole months paid by me who has moved out while they can easily start redoing the place and rent out. It'll be a miracle if they're not gonna eat the deposit by some kind of excuses too at this point. Under covid it s already straining enough, then injuries and financial burden to cover, for a flat that doesn't give you even a minimum of protection from what may come. Agent says it's not the landlord fault for the break in but I say this shall weight on his conscience for putting gain over people's safety.

The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends.
The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride!
They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way.
Thank you helping us get our forever home.

Recently used Logic estate agents to sell my property, Being an experienced former estate agent as you can imagine I have extremely high standards. Logic from the start were very professional and courteous, They agreed a sale in the first two weeks of marketing and from then on Kate and Laura worked tirelessly hard to get it completed in good time. Along the way the whole sales team worked on the transaction so not to forget Ben who appraised correctly to Callum and Leon who had to put up with my demands. Will use them again for sure and will refer where needed.

Rented a property over 18 months ago from logic estates now. Towards the end of tenancy we had some issues with the house (specifically mould).
Months and months of chasing this and it was not fixed, they took no accountability for this and instead blamed THEIR contractor, for me it is their responsibility to keep the property safe etc. and they choose to pay a contractor to do this, but somehow it's not their fault.
We went in to complain about this and their answer was "what do you want me to do" all the while SHARON - the rudest most unpleasant lady I have ever met, was sat turning her nose up and actually laughing at one point. I wonder how she would have felt in my position.
Anyways, I've finally got round to writing this and I could go on - however good riddance I've moved on to a different property and different agency.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
