Loddon were very efficient at selling our property. The sale fell through twice, but new viewings were arranged fairly quickly. Particular praise for Zara who researched the property thoroughly before conducting viewings and rang me beforehand to find out all the information she needed about ...

We took advantage of the online offer, which meant paying in advance, but the market was buoyant at the time, so we were fairly certain the house would sell. It was a very competitive price for an agent who proactively sells your property rather than just listing online.
