11 days after reporting a boiler breakdown still waiting for it to be repaired, it took 6 days before they sent an engineer to look at it, they don't seem to care that they have left 7 people without hot water, have asked for a rough idea of when it maybe fixed and got no answer, this is the third ... What agent could do to change your mind?

It would take a massive step up in service before I recommend this agent, answering questions when asked, keeping appointments made, actually making proper appointments instead of vague ones, or just doing their job in a professional manner.
