Absolutely diabolical acencey took our £260 holding fee and landlord decided he didnt want us so they kept the £260 . So beware you will not get your money back if the decide your not suitable...

I never stated that you did manage my properties although I was hassled on a constant basis to switch from let only to managed let - hence why I said money grabbing and I’m sure bcz I preferred to be a hands on landlord and build direct relationships with my long standing tenants this was why you were so unhelpful in many levels.
