This agent is now Goadsby. I contacted them about a house in Chandlers Ford advertised on Rightmove as 'for sale'. Goadsby told me the property is let and no viewings are allowed for 4 months. So . . . why keep advertising it and wasting prospective purchasers' ... Read Full Review

Do not use this Agent at any cost. Be it to your sanity or your purse strings! We have had nothing but problems, in what should have been a somewhat straightforward and simple chain. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
