I am not sure what this agent does. I have called him for four properties advertised on its website for sale and with each of these the agent has either made a excuse that the property cannot be viewed or vendor has cancelled the sale or they are no longer acting as agents - all this while the properties continue to be advertised for sale on their website and elsewhere for more than 3 months. Untrustworthy if you are a buyer. ...
